Commonly asked questions in regards to our shop bought mockups. 

  • What am I purchasing from you?

    Our products are Adobe Photoshop mockups. Our mockups allow you to create samples of your product or show your work in a real-world setting without actually having to create the physical product.
  • How do I use your mockup?

    All of our products come with a help guide with details on how to use our mockups. We have also detailed the process below. Please email us if you have any other questions. 1. Open your file with Adobe Photoshop (CS6 or later) 2. In the layers panel double-click on the thumbnail titled ‘Artwork’. A new tab will open. 3. Simply place your artwork in the new Photoshop tab, save the document (cmd/ctrl s) and return to the original file. 4. Your artwork should now be placed. Adjust the opacity of the layers within ‘Overlay’ for best results. 5. Save the file (cmd/ctrl s) appropriately for use.
  • How do I recieve my purchase?

    After a successful payment you will be taken to the order confirmation page where there is a link to download your files immediately. You will also receive an email with a download link for your purchase.
  • I did not receive the e-mail after the purchase

    E-mails are automatically sent out, if you have not received the e-mail the problem may be a wrongly inserted e-mail address or the e-mail can sometimes be sent to your spam folder. If you have not received the e-mail please fill the contact form below and we will be happy to help you.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit/debit cards and if you don't want to use a credit card we accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Can I get a refund for my purchase?

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for downloaded goods. If your purchase is proven defective and you notify us immediately, we will either provide a replacement/update to that item or refund your money.
  • Do you provide invoices?

    Yes, we attach PDF invoices for every purchase. You will receive a copy of your invoice via email once the purchase process has been completed. You can also download your invoice via your account.
  • I need a bespoke mockup for a specific project, can you help?

    Definitely! To request a bespoke mockup, please use our contact page to provide us with some more information and we will get back to you.
  • I have a suggestion for a product that I'd like to see on the site. Where should I send it?

    We're working hard to expand our library and range of products and welcome any suggestions. Please send us an email at support@layers.design and we will consider the product for future releases.
  • What license do I need?

    Layers offers a Standard and Commercial License. Please read our complete terms for more details. Feel free to contact us if you need more clarification.
  • Do you offer student licenses?

    Unfortunately we do not offer student discounts.

Commonly asked questions in regards to your account. 

  • How do I create an account?

    To set up an account, go to the Account page and click ‘Don’t have an account? Register now.’ and follow the steps.
  • How do I login to my account?

    To login to your account, go to the Account page and enter your correct Email and Password and click ‘Submit’.
  • How do I reset my password?

    To reset your password, go to the Account page and click 'Forgotten password?'. Type the email address you used to create the account and click 'Submit'. You will receive an email from us. Follow the link in the email you receive and create a new password. You can now access your account with your new password.
  • Can I update my details?

    Yes, login to your account and go to the ‘Account Details’ tab. Here you can change your details, once any details have been updated and click ‘Submit’ to confirm.
  • Can I see my previous purchases?

    Yes, login to your account and click the ‘Orders’ tab.
  • Can I re-download my previous purchase?

    Yes, login to your account and click the ‘Orders’ tab. On this tab you will see your previous orders, click 'View Order', this will take you to your order form where you will be able to re-download your previous purchase.
  • How do I get an receipt/invoice for a previous purchase?

    You can find the invoice for your order after the product is purchased. Simply log in to your account, go to 'Orders' and click 'Invoice' to download a PDF document with your invoice.
